คำแนะนำการลบข้อมูล / User Data Deletion Instructions

1. ส่งคำขอให้ผู้ดูแล

ส่งอีเมลถึง prd7onlineapp@gmail.com โดยใช้หัวข้อ PR Social Copilot — Data Deletion Request พร้อมข้อมูลต่อไปนี้

1. แพลตฟอร์มหรือช่องทางที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LINE OA หรือเว็บไซต์ หากเป็นช่องทางอื่นให้ระบุชื่อช่องทางนั้น
2. ชื่อบัญชี เพจ ช่อง YouTube, LINE OA หรือเว็บไซต์ และลิงก์/รหัสที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากทราบ สำหรับ GA4 ให้ระบุ Property ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากเป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์จัดการ
3. ชื่อโครงการหรือรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากมี
4. ขอบเขตที่ต้องการลบ เช่น การเชื่อมต่อบัญชีและ Token ข้อมูลโพสต์และสถิติที่บันทึกไว้ โครงการ หรือข้อมูลในรายงานที่แบ่งปัน
5. ช่องทางติดต่อกลับ และคำยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลหรือผู้มีอำนาจจัดการบัญชี/โครงการนั้น

ไม่ต้องส่งรหัสผ่าน Access Token, Client Secret หรือสำเนาบัตรประชาชน ผู้ดูแลอาจขอข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อตรวจสิทธิ์ผ่านช่องทางที่เหมาะสม โดยจะไม่ขอกุญแจเชื่อมต่อหรือรหัสผ่าน

2. ขั้นตอนหลังได้รับคำขอ

ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจสอบผู้ร้องขอและขอบเขตข้อมูล หากข้อมูลยังไม่เพียงพอ จะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันก่อนดำเนินการ เพื่อป้องกันการลบข้อมูลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

เมื่อยืนยันแล้ว ผู้ดูแลจะดำเนินการกับข้อมูลในขอบเขตที่บริการควบคุมได้ตามคำขอที่ตรวจสอบแล้ว และแจ้งผลหรือข้อจำกัดผ่านช่องทางติดต่อกลับ หากข้อมูลบางส่วนจำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมายหรือข้อกำหนดที่ใช้บังคับ จะแจ้งเหตุผลและขอบเขตที่ต้องเก็บ

การส่งอีเมลเป็นคำขอให้ผู้ดูแลดำเนินการ ไม่ใช่ระบบลบอัตโนมัติทันที ผู้ร้องขอสามารถติดตามสถานะโดยตอบกลับอีเมลเดิม

สำหรับคำขอของผู้ใช้ให้ลบข้อมูลที่บริการเก็บจาก YouTube ผู้ดูแลต้องดำเนินการโดยเร็วและภายใน 7 วันปฏิทิน ตาม นโยบาย YouTube API Services ข้อ III.E.4 ระยะเวลานี้ใช้กับคำขอ YouTube ดังกล่าว ไม่ใช่การรับรองว่าแพลตฟอร์มอื่นมีเงื่อนไขเดียวกัน

3. การถอนสิทธิ์แอปกับการลบข้อมูล

หากต้องการหยุดการเข้าถึงครั้งต่อไป ให้ดำเนินการตามประเภทการเชื่อมต่อดังนี้

การเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ที่แพลตฟอร์ม ไม่ได้ลบโครงการ รายงาน หรือข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้ในบริการโดยอัตโนมัติ หากต้องการลบข้อมูลเหล่านั้น ให้ส่งคำขอตามขั้นตอนข้างต้นด้วย และอย่าเชื่อมต่อบัญชีกลับหากต้องการให้หยุดดึงข้อมูลต่อไป

ข้อความข้างต้นอธิบายการทำงานของระบบปัจจุบัน ไม่ยกเว้นหน้าที่ของผู้ให้บริการในการลบข้อมูล API เมื่อถูกถอนสิทธิ์ตามข้อกำหนดของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม

4. ขอบเขตของการลบ

• ข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์/Cloud: ระบุบัญชี โครงการ และรายงานที่ต้องการลบ ผู้ดูแลจะตรวจสอบการเชื่อมโยงของข้อมูลก่อนดำเนินการ
• ข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์: เป็นอีกสำเนาหนึ่ง ผู้ใช้สามารถลบงาน Local ผ่านเครื่องมือของบริการ หรือขอคำแนะนำจากผู้ดูแลก่อนล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ เพราะอาจทำให้งานอื่นที่ยังไม่ได้สำรองหายไปด้วย
• ลิงก์รายงาน: หากต้องการหยุดการเข้าถึง ให้เพิกถอนลิงก์ที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือระบุลิงก์ในคำขอ การเพิกถอนลิงก์กับการลบข้อมูลต้นทางเป็นคนละการดำเนินการ
• ไฟล์ส่งออกหรือสำเนาที่ส่งต่อ: ผู้ครอบครองไฟล์ต้องลบสำเนาของตนเอง บริการไม่สามารถเรียกคืนไฟล์ที่บุคคลอื่นดาวน์โหลดไว้แล้วได้

• ต้นฉบับบนช่องทางปลายทาง: การลบข้อมูลออกจาก PR Social Copilot ไม่ได้ลบโพสต์ ข้อความ ความคิดเห็น วิดีโอ หรือบทความบน Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, LINE OA, LinkedIn, Pantip, Blockdit หรือเว็บไซต์ และไม่เรียกคืนรายการโทรทัศน์/วิทยุที่ออกอากาศแล้ว หากต้องการจัดการต้นฉบับ ต้องดำเนินการกับแพลตฟอร์ม เว็บไซต์ หรือสถานีที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยสิทธิ์ที่เหมาะสม

Email prd7onlineapp@gmail.com with the subject PR Social Copilot — Data Deletion Request. Include:

1. The destination involved: website, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, LINE OA, LinkedIn, Pantip, Blockdit, television or radio. Campaign/GA4 records and supplementary infographic briefs are also covered.
2. The account, Page, channel, LINE OA or website name and URL/identifier, if known. Authorized GA4 administrators may identify the relevant Property.
3. The relevant project or report, if any.
4. The requested deletion scope, such as the connection and tokens, stored content and metrics, projects or shared-report data.
5. A reply address and confirmation that you are the data subject or authorized account/project representative.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, client secrets or identity-card copies. The operator verifies authority before acting and may request only information needed to clarify ownership and scope. Requests are handled manually; sending an email does not trigger immediate automatic deletion. The operator will communicate the outcome or limitations. If an applicable requirement necessitates retention of specific records, the reason and scope will be explained. Reply to the same email thread to follow up.

To stop future platform access, manage the authorization for Data Fetche in Meta or PR Social Copilot in TikTok. Revoking authorization does not itself erase previously saved reports or projects. Submit a deletion request for those records as well, and do not reconnect the account if you want collection to remain stopped.

For YouTube, revoke the connected app at Google's permission settings. User requests to delete stored YouTube data must be completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days under the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Lack of an automatic deletion feature does not waive the operator's platform obligations.

For LINE OA, an authorized Channel administrator can revoke or replace the channel token used by this service, considering any other systems using that token. GA4 service-account access must be removed separately by an authorized Property administrator or disabled by the service operator. To stop future website event collection, the website administrator must disable the relevant tracker and separately manage any GA4 tags. These actions do not erase stored copies. Other content-only destinations currently have no direct account API connection here; request deletion of the material, plans and results stored in this service. Website-related requests should identify the site, time range and available session/event details without submitting a full browsing history; aggregate data may not be attributable to an individual.

Browser data, Cloud records, shared-report access and exported files are separate. Revoking a report link does not erase source data or recover downloaded copies. The service cannot remove copies held by external recipients. Deleting data here does not delete original content from any destination platform or website, erase data directly held by Google Analytics, or recall television/radio broadcasts. Contact the authorized destination operator for those actions.
